作為廣西唯一一家凱悦體系旗下的酒店，還是值得選擇的。
位置：位於保利國際中心，樓下就是網紅的螺螄粉店，距離高鐵站和五星街以及水上噴泉都不遠，打車很便利；
吃：酒店的早餐廳品種豐富，還有廣西當地的油茶和荔浦芋頭，前台Molly服務不錯

多次入住了，本人認為是當地最好的酒店了，在江邊，都是高樓層的房間，視野開闊可以看到青山碧水，出行方便到哪都不遠，早餐豐富多樣

據説是柳州最貴的酒店了，掛的五星但體驗下來也就是四星的配置。首先房間就比較小，其次廁所的設計非常奇怪，廁所和淋浴間居然是共用一個推拉門，設計師的腦回路也是很清奇，洗手間也沒有一個主門，跟朋友住的話會有點尷尬。江景房的話景色還是挺好的，地理位置也還可以。
早餐種類不多，味道平平無奇。服務還不錯，前台給升級了江景房，碰到的服務員態度也都很好，有求必應的。但外賣要自己下來拿很不方便。
